Where does your store lose buyers?

Paste your URL. We walk the store like a shopper and photograph every place they would hesitate.

Sorry — we need an email.

It takes a few minutes and a person reads it, so we send it rather than make you wait here. One email, with your link.

No list, no sharing, nothing else — ever. It also means this form can’t be used to send mail to someone who didn’t ask for it.

We send one email and then wait — nothing runs until you click it.

What actually happens

  1. Read the store

A browser opens your storefront and reads what is actually on it — the strings, the prices, the controls. Everything later has to be sourced back to something read here.

  2. Walk it like a buyer

A real browser moves through the store the way a shopper would, which can include putting an item in the cart, and photographs each screen — measuring where every element on it sits.

  3. Write the findings

Each finding has to point at a measured box on a captured screen and quote a string the browser actually read. One that cannot is dropped rather than repaired.

  4. Build the page

The screens are uploaded and the teardown is assembled — every finding pinned where it was measured, with the record of what was dropped and why.

  5. A person reads it

The page waits here until somebody opens it and checks it. This is the slow step, and it is the one we will not remove.

  6. It arrives by email

Only after the review. If the walk found nothing worth sending you, the answer is that, and it is still a person who says so.

No install. We obey your robots.txt. Some stores will refuse us, and the report will say so rather than guess.

What else this will and will not do

Some stores will refuse us, and the report will say so rather than guess. Large platforms rate-limit traffic from datacentre addresses, and a scan that showed you an empty page would be describing something it never saw.

We obey your robots.txt, matched against the exact URL rather than the path family, and we back off when asked. See /bot.

We email you once to check the address is real, then we start. One link, one click. It costs us about five minutes of a real browser and a person’s time to read the result, so we confirm before spending it — and it means this box cannot be used to send mail to someone who did not ask for it.

  • Every figure is measured, never estimated. No lift numbers, no industry averages, no “up to”. If we did not measure something, the report says so instead of filling the gap.
  • We walk the store the way a buyer would. That can include putting an item in the cart, because the cart is where most of what we find lives. No account is created and nothing is bought. The page you get names every screen we reached and every one we did not.
  • It cannot be handed to you immediately, and that is deliberate. It takes as long as it takes, and a person reads it before it is sent. There used to be a quicker path here that skipped the review; we removed it, because a page nobody has read is not a faster version of one that has been.
